Day One:

Guests will arrive in Monterosso and check-in. We will meet you at your hotel to take you on a street food tour, as we wind through small alleys of Monterosso and share some history and our favorite spots.

Day Two:

Day two will start with a gorgeous hike from Vernazza to Corniglia. We will finish with a provided lunch in Corniglia. Evening is free to explore on your own.

Alternative Activity option (if majority of group prefers): The morning will start with a ferry from Riomaggiore to the wonderful town of Portovenere, where we will hike the nearby "Isola Palmaria", or "Palmaria Island", and finish with a tour of the beautiful 11th century church of San Pietro built on the hill overlooking the Ligurian Sea. The island hiking is optional and guests can always enjoy a leisurely morning in Portovenere instead. Group lunch provided in Portovenere. Evening free to explore on your own.

Day Three:

Optional morning hike: Vernazza to Monterosso

On day three, we will have free time to rent chairs at the beach club or whatever you please! Alternative activity option: wine tasting at a local winery in Monterosso *at extra cost

We will meet in the evening for a sunset boat tour with breathtaking views of the 5 towns. Drinks and dinner are included on the boat tour.

Day Four:

On day four we will take a day trip to the beautiful Tuscan town of Lucca. Here we will tour a breathtaking vineyard and participate in a local, artisanal wine-tasting. Lunch will be served at the vineyard. Evening is free to explore on your own.

Day Five:

We will start with the renowned Riviera Dreamer seaside panoramic bike tour. This flat bike tour gently winds through the former train tunnels from the 1800's that run along the Ligurian Sea. We will end the tour with a fabulous lunch on the beach. Evening is free to explore on your own.

Day Six:

We will spend our day traveling to a magical, medieval town, one of "i borghi piu belli d'Italia" ("the most beautiful villages of Italy"). This includes a tour of the town, breathtaking viewpoints, and a cooking class + lunch at a wonderful private villa and garden.

We will finish our day with a magical sunset walk along the Via Dell'Amore, a walking path right along the sea from Riomaggiore to Manarola.

Day Seven:

Hotel check-out by 11 AM, we will assist you with information on how to get to your next destination.
